Dear readers,

I will not be running for office in 2012 or the foreseeable future, and I have accepted a position at the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, “a bipartisan, non-profit organization committed to educating the public about issues that have significant fiscal policy impact.”  My book on American politics and policies is about half-finished, and I will announce its completion and release here, as well as on my personal Facebook page.  Sometimes I guest-blog at Rise of the Center.
